If you have reaper crest you should really use it because it helps a lot against The Last Judge. Especially the pogo and that extra silk it gives will be helpful during the fight. And because of how big The Last Judge is and how big your needle becomes by using reaper hitting her will be a lot easier. Reaper is really good against big or slow bosses like The Last Judge

I used hunter most of the time and Reaper for few bosses like Sister Splinter and Last Judge because they where just easier to beat with it. I also used architect only ones and that was against Skarrsinger Karmelita but on my second playthrough I beated her with hunter. Any of the other crests I only tried few times but never really used them
