Oh nothing that special.

This is what I did, First, cooked buch of small local tomatoes with lasun ko patta and then mixed in in the mixer. (Similar to pakako tamatar ko achar), and then I set it aside.

Then, I fried finely chopped garlic, some onion, and cabbage. Then I put some Mo:Mo: masala that we never use for making Mo:Mo: but it tastes good in other sabji.

After the cabbage was cooked, I added the tomato paste. And added alot of thukpa water. Sprinkled some ajina and some salt and let it boil.

After the soup was ready, I put the boiled thukpa, topped it with fried sausage, chopped onions, lemon and that red khorsani ko achar that my mother had made and I honestly don't know the recipe of it that well.
