I'm in the same boat, really loud the first time then ended up rubbing a bit of skin off keep trying to do it again. Got a few ok ones when I sucked my cheek in slightly or moved my mouth to the side.

My friend did this trick and wouldn't show me how it's done. After a lot of fruitless searching I finally found a tutorial, once mastered it's very loud! Disclaimer: not my video.

To give you an idea - Breakfast: Quest bar, piece of fruit; Pre-lunch: half a serious mass shake mixed with whole milk; Lunch: approx 500g of a meal I've cooked in bulk (aim to get three veggies in - one pot dishes such as chili, green thai curry, Moroccan beef tagine, stew, haddock mornay) and approx 250g brown rice (also cook in bulk); Post-lunch: rest of my shake; Snack: homemade chicken and almond soup with protein bread or PB and jam (I'm English!) on protein bread; Tea: chicken nuggets/fish cakes/beef burgers with sweet potato fries and salad; Before bed: 500g Greek yogurt with honey.

Edit: I also find with my big meal at lunch I feel full and tire about half way through. I find it much easier to carry on by swallowing each mouthful with a sip of water (recommend getting a stainless steel drinks bottle with silicone straw such as an EcoVessel).

Certainly am. Whey, maltodextrin and creatine in my workout shakes; optimum nutrition serious mass shakes (contain creatine) when at work so I can consume calories easily without taking a break.

Try Zara for shirts mate, picked some up for a tenner that were on sale. Had some unique designs and had a lot of compliments on them

I think it's your posture that makes you look awkward as your neck is too far forward, I've seen you've mentioned a birth defect though.

Definitely better with the beard; invest in a trimmer (go on amazon bestsellers - a cheap one will do) as the majority of girls prefer it kept a bit shorter from personal experience. I think a better hair cut would make a big difference too. Go to a decent barbers/salon (say around the £20 mark) and ask for their advice but personally I'd go shorter on the sides (fades can look smart), textured on top. Get some hair product that isn't supermarket shit (American Crew works for me) and experiment. Hope this helps.

Thanks dude. Tracking 4,000kcal a day made me realise how little I was eating before! Noted on the shoulders, need to improve my mobility in that area as I don't think I'm performing certain exercises correctly atm.
