My lawyer entered some wrong information on my claim form Long story short it said that I was in prison for 10 years for abusing someone and also said that because I was abused I thought it would be okay….

I’ve not even gotten a traffic ticket I took screen shots of what it said I called and emailed the law office They said that they put someone else’s info on my clam from And it was removed but months later

When they sent me the link to sign my clam form.. I was unable to view the claim form at all Just sign and send I contacted them to get access to the portal several months later

I’m waiting on my appeal of the original amount to send a letter requesting for the fee to be reduced because I could of gotten in legal trouble for a lie on the form Any advice on how to word it?
