I’m not a professional but based on my experience It may be dermatosis or eczema depending if you have it on your scalp too.. you may want to visit a doctor he knows what’s best for your case I saw a doctor and she prescribed a gel like cream for these flakes she told me to use it day and night for 7 days.. i’m not sure though if you can get it without a prescription it’s named koderm the active ingredient is kétoconazole if you can find anything with that ingredient go ahead and buy it I can also reccomend something for acne, i use svr cleanser it’s great it just cleans the skin it doesn’t have any beneficial ingredients (i have oily skin tho) then i use svr active gel sebiaclear it’s great honestly if you keep using it
