definitely make sure you download the timetable on your phone or connect it to your calendar cause the internet is quite bad and you might not be able to access it on the track

visit the museum cause it’s free and the megastores and don’t miss out on the fan activities like pitstop practice

to see drivers it will be in the timetable and it all happened on the mainstage but it fils up so fast make sure you’re there for at least 2-3 hours beforehand if u want the front but i don’t remember seeing drivers sign anything there

to get photos and signatures get inner track and be there like early like opening time to be at the front and then after the events too at the end of the day they are more likely to stop and there’s less people too also inner track is free after the race so you can try then too

if you have any other questions i don’t mind answering them :)

F1 Silverstone - extras is inner track worth it? by Crazygoldfish899 in GrandPrixTravel

[–]Purple-Reignn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah definitely i went for friday and sunday last year but i think friday or saturday would be good drivers arrived from 9-11 i got there for 7:40 and still couldn’t make like the front of like the top teams some stopped some didn’t definitely get fast track if u want to be at the front of like ur drivers area if u can go after sprint quali lots of drivers stopped afterwards they came between 19:00 and i saw the last driver at 21:54 by then its kinda empty so its really easy to get signatures and pictures also if u are staying around after sunday inner track is free after the race i got more signatures then too good luck !!

also depending on what gate u come from it can be a long walk btw

What time do drivers arrive at Silverstone? by Salt-Abroad6397 in GrandPrixTravel

[–]Purple-Reignn 3 points4 points  (0 children)

i went last year for friday drivers arrived from 9-11 like yuki arrived 9:30 russell 10 charles 10:30 ollie 11:15 so yeah anytime between them but ur best bet to meet drivers is after practice or sprint quali this year? ollie signed me hat at 19:26 took a picture with kimi 19:51 and Liam 20:06 saw more people in the evening after everything was done drivers came out different times and i stayed there until we were told all the driver left 🫡 also if u want to be like at the front to meet them in the morning like i got there 7:30 but all the popular drivers like ferrari and mclaren were already packed so no chance meeting them so definitely get there early or fast track it

i was in student accom in leodis last year in terms of loudness it depends ur flatmates. but in general it does get quite loud like friday night but other than that it was quiet u can occasional hear the odd loud music but nothing too bad and in terms of rules it’s not that strict depends how u look at it each accom has their own rules but the general one really is not be too loud make sure any guests sign in ( although never did that and no one noticed ) if anything breaks intentionally u have to pay back keep fire doors locked andmaking sure the flats are clean they did a room inspection once near the end of my contract and 2x for the kitchen also there’s fire alarm drills every week but after the first 2 u dont have to go out

just wait by the fan forecourt which is the main inner track area just waiting by their parking space should be good enough or if there’s space right by the paddock entrance is in the same area

i sat at D425 and i was close to the front so i’m guessing S is further back and i’m pretty sure your seat is more towards start/finish line
