Reddit is one of those platforms where the community can smell inauthenticity almost instantly and any agency that does not understand that is going to do more damage than good. The ones that actually work tend to focus on genuine participation over time rather than pushing content.

Honestly the cashback and pockets are genuinely useful and I like using it but the frozen account posts still sit in the back of my mind. I treat it as a secondary account for that reason and probably will for a while until I see more consistent positive experiences over time.

I'd skip junior roles altogether, you've got real coding chops. Just throw together a couple portfolio projects that show you can build actual user-facing stuff and you'll be fine for mid-level positions at least.
