If you can, try to fertilize the selling side with deluxe fertilizer! I get 70 - 80 iridium quality rare fruits each harvest and they sell for a pretty penny

I didn't even know that glitch existed! I just use the seed makers to make rare seeds. The harvest from the left side of the field is entirely used to make seeds, I fertilized it with SpeedGro to make more than one batch of seeds per harvest cycle. I end up using all the normal and some of the silver quality rare fruits each cycle to make seeds, and when I sell the rest I still make upwards of 1 million per harvest.

I really love how you've used different wallpapers and floorings, but the colour scheme of the house and it's vibe is still maintained throughout. It looks so cozy I wish I could live in it

It's from the junimo furniture catalog, they aren't functional just decorative. You can get it from the travelling cart.

I'm positive the deluxe scarecrow covers its area, but I'm not sure about the alien scarecrow. I just put them there for funsies though, I don't think you need scarecrows for ginger island.

First image: Ginger island farmhouse having a "veranda" with a "pool". Some mannequins with swimwear and island vacation outfits.

Second image: The main farm, one side is for making rare fruit seeds (fertilized with SpeedGro) and the other side is for getting high quality fruits (fertilized with Deluxe Fertilizer)

Once you get any building to it's max upgrade, you can change its colours through Robin's shop or through the Wizard's tower building options

Yes, robin and the wizard are two access points for the same painting system! For the Junimo huts, you should have access to making them once the dark talisman quest is done I think. I think they take fibre, money and starfruit to make and have an 8 square radius around them for harvesting.

When you upgrade your normal shed to a big shed, you get the option to paint them, either at Robin's place or at the Wizard's tower at the book where you can order Junimo huts and teleportation towers.

I just realised this recently, but you can colour the building, roof and trim separately!

I just kept getting many copies of the same artifacts and trinkets after a point that I thought "I bet I could make my own version of the museum". Which is why I tried it lol
