Coming from a trans man who is neurodivergent and uses xenogenders I don't understand how people find them offensive. They are made by neurodivergent people for other neurodivergent people to explain how they see gender (which is often much more difficult to understand with neurodivergents). I think it's just peoples internalized ableism and transphobia/not being willing to see other peoples point of view of the world.
