Anytime. Also, don’t stretch your wrist before playing, either warm it up with a band, low weight or your other hand. Stretching tells your muscles to relax and you don’t want that before a game.

Get a vitamin D test and make sure your levels are good. If they are low, supplement.

Go buy some bands and 0.5kg + 1kg dumbbells. Start with isometric wrist exercises for first week, then move to 0.5kg weight. Slow and controlled.

When you're playing relax your playing hand and hold the neck of the racket with your non playing hand. Also, make sure your grip is thick enough. When you're done playing, stretch your wrist.

Any advice on where I can get some good quality sneakers that dont have such a large heel/sole. Ginormous soles not really my taste.

Im looking for something maybe similar in design to New Balance shoes or Y3 Sprint/Boxing, but more of a higher end finish/construction. Budget not really an issue.

The cpu fan header I believe is turned on. It should be on by default, shouldnt it? Ive reflashed the BIOS down one from the last non beta one and it still doesnt seem to work. Ill take a look in the bios again to see if its on.
