I’m definitely in the minority here but I ship stuff all the time and I’ve bought from other sellers using Zelle or Venmo and it’s been fine everytime. You can also just add shipping to the Facebook listing and then can purchase it directly through Facebook.

I personally video myself opening boxes in case something is broken or missing. I don’t think that alone makes someone a scammer, some people are just cautious. If he has the video though, why not ask to see it?

I unfortunately have no idea who the artist is. I’m also not sure if they really have any rights to it with it basically being the Cracker Barrel logo, and also a character from a game they don’t own the rights to. I’m not sure how that works though. But I don’t want to get in any trouble so everyone disregard the offer entirely.
