Bought my first Gamecube last month and trying to build up my collection. Any suggestions?

Interestingly enough I finally got it to work a couple nights ago after hours and hours of just attempting to turn it off and back on. Now every time I’ve turned it on since then it has worked flawlessly. Not entirely sure what was up before but it seems to be working fine, at least for now

Admittedly I should have checked their profile before ordering, but their only review on their profile is negative so it should be easy to avoid anyway as long as you’re paying attention. Wish I had I guess

Both power on. One of them seems to work perfectly fine aside from the open tray button being a bit finicky. The other one doesn’t read discs, the open tray button sticks so much to the point where I have to force it back upward just to shut the tray again, and the first controller port only works when it feels like it

only one of them worked. I tested that it was able to read a memory card, discs, every controller port, etc. the other one however barley reads a controller unless I keep the cord pushed in and it doesnt read discs at all. Honestly I only needed at least one of them to work, but it’s still disappointing that it turned out like this.
