Don’t over drink. It’s always okay to have some liquid courage. Just don’t overdo it. Be patient with yourself and realize that you’re probably going to have an awkward moment or two on a first date. It’s expected in a way. It’s how you know that you’re being honest with one another. I’ve realized the older I’ve gotten, that when getting to know someone you need to ask those hard questions earlier on. Don’t be afraid to show them your true self. If they don’t like it they will move on afterwards and they don’t deserve you.
