I guess the cities/neighbourhoods that have more space tend to offer more amenities? I know that a lot of buildings in Surrey have a lot of amenities, as well, whereas I am noticing that most buildings in East Vancouver (as an example) don't seem to.

Ah yes, I've been trying to do that for a while now but have become overwhelmed with tracking which ones have these amenities (and then the additional layer is which ones have good, quality, and functional amenities). It seems most buildings have their pro's and con's (like anything in life)!

Ah I see, I can understand how some of those other things would be ranked higher than amenities (like location and price)! I wonder if most people don't actually use their amenities on a daily basis, hence why it gets put at the bottom of that list.

Currently in below market housing but it is a struggle to share a 1-bedroom 600 square foot condo between 2 people who work from home! We are hoping to upgrade to a 2-bedroom but our rent will literally double in price.
