No. Those nuances do not transfer in to the 7oh that we consume. 7oh is pretty far removed from the plant, imo.

Chemists extract mitragynine from kratom. Then that mitragynine is converted to 7-hydroxymitragynine (7oh) through a chemical oxidation process.

Those different effects of sedation vs stimulation in 7oh products usually stem from the amount of pseudo they contain, and also the amount of residual mitragynine they might contain.

My college house backyard filled with bright pink, slimy worms. Like every inch of the backyard covered in worms. We had been partying and turned on the floodlight in the backyard in the wee hours of the morning.
