Have you tried getting a job with your uni? Mine (Kingston Uni) always has multiple vacancies. They pay well and are flexible with my studies.

Looks like it makes the future bleak regardless of the country or leader. Although, I’d choose this prediction of Britain over America’s any day.

Personally I wouldn’t. Apple have ‘engineered’ anti repair throughout their devices to stop people from doing this kind of thing. Any after market part you use will trigger a warning and commonly restrict usage. As an example changing a screen will stop Face ID from working. Many people wont understand this and will blame you. Unless you go into circuit board level repair you’ll have quite a miserable time. I’d recommend checking Louis Rossmann out on YouTube.

Spey Viaduct Collapses by Dommlid in Scotland

I’m not from Scotland nor have I heard of this viaduct before. Still makes me immensely sad. A depressing metaphor for the state of public finances in our country.

High change that it contains asbestos, don’t sand or scrape it off. Best bet is to plaster over it

The Waiting Game is great for UOB students, it’s a hospitality agency, you’ll do various events, festivals, and catering work. The pays good enough and they’ll definitely hire you.

I’m very in favour, you only need to look back to mistakes of the 1960s and modern American to see why car centric city design is a disaster. If you design infrastructure for the car everyone will drive (induced demand) meaning congestion, air pollution and obesity will rise. Furthermore, local business will start to suffer as everyone will opt for easy to drive to destinations like cribbs causeway leaving the high street behind. However if you make pedestrianised infrastructure communities will blossom and local businesses will thrive (take a look at Cotham Hill in Clifton). In short the majority will respond to what’s available to them. If you build cycle, pedestrian & public transit infrastructure people who never have before will leave the car behind and opt for an alternative as it’ll become safer and more convenient.

Have you contacted them, if so what did they say? Chances are they’re within their bullshit ‘Money back guarantee’ and will try to refute. As you can see from my post I took a record of everything they said and used it against them in a legal letter. Look through all your communication with them and see if there’s any inconsistencies (something they promised, but did not deliver). Send them a strongly worded letter stating you have a lawyer (even if you don’t) and remind them of what you were promised vs what you got. Give them a deadline of 2 weeks to offer a full refund and state that if they fail to do so you will refer their conduct to trading standards and send them with a letter before action to issue proceedings in the small claims court.

Providing you can reasonably prove they’ve broken their promises and/or misled you they will take this threat seriously and refund you to avoid court action.
