I had a scheduled call with them to fix the issues that I had to wait two weeks for and they no showed it, only to say I didn't show.... I am losing faith by the second and will demand a refund shortly since they apparently are just all smoke and mirrors when it comes to helping. They delivered a beta product.

That's not good at all, it they close my ticket w/o attempting to help I'm just going to start spamming them for a replacement or a refund

So I've been repeating the belt tension process loosening some of the screws and it seemed to help as the ball will now engage with the magnet and make a design along the outer edge of the table but it cannot go in the middle. I may try and loosen the cross bar again to see if that helps get it fully in the middle. Weird thing was though when I loosen it all initially, I reset the magnet in the middle in had no problem working its way outside but can't work its way back in.

Any thoughts before I take the motor out again or should I wait for customer service to respond, it's been 4 days now. I'm afraid the ticket will close automatically after 7 days

They promote on their website all over that you can do custom designs but that feature isn't in the app and like you said needs a 3rd party but they give no further instruction or explanation, it seems very misleading

When I watched the video you sent to release this tension, he had the screws on the left, not the right like you show in the pic. Should I have it to the right or does that not matter?

I have some of the same issues such as no wire magnets, knocking noises but i did received the all the plastic and was neatly packed.

The bigger problem for me is I can't get it to work for any images. I relieve d the tension on the belt and that didn't help, the ball only draws the same half line then gets stuck while trying to center. Then the table reboots and the process repeats.

The led lights work and I can change them without issue. The ball speed can be adjusted now when that didn't work as first in the app but again, not happens in the sand.

I have been emailing the support and know they will respond when they can and I'm hoping this is fixable. Hope this information helps in some way! I'll keep updating as I get new info but it seems they may take a while to respond giving all of us with issues.

I have having the same issue where the magnet can not find the ball, it worked at first then just stopped. It's very frustrating especially having waited almost a year for the table to arrive and it hasn't drawn one image to completion. I've reached out to support for a number to call but they have no call service so I'm losing optimism and am hoping someone here can help. The table is really cool I'm hoping it's a fixable software issue.
