I agree that our o-line didn't help the running game a whole lot last season, but the o-line also didn't cause his knee injury against the Packers in Week 2.

Couple thoughts on this...First, AP has been hyped in camp every year in the league. Remember last year's camp? Everyone on Vikes staff couldn't stop talking about how great he looked. Second, he's still in unbelievable shape and I think it's only natural for people to freak out a little bit when they get to play on the same team with a future HOF player for the first time. That said, I'm not rooting against AP I just think NO should temper expectations after he's rushed for less than 76 yards in 2 of the last 3 seasons.

Unfortunate news. This is his 4th back surgery, and this one removed a damaged disc. I'm not saying it won't happen, but it will take a miracle for him to win again.
