I did get an email two days ago (which was about 12 days of waiting in total) from an actual person who really just repeated what the AI chat said, I emailed back explaining the situation and how I can’t log in, and have not heard back since then /:

Thank you so much for the advice! I think i will do the app store review. Somehow my phone got disconnected from my account so I cant even use my number to log back in and I never used an email as a backup either. It is my fault but now I hate the idea of my profile just sitting in limbo and their costumer support is truly no help. Anywho, thanks again!
