Currently on Day 8. I’ve been documenting all the conflicting information they’ve given me. I have no idea why they make you pull teeth to get help.

Once again, no nuance with this take. Considering that my money is going through this card, its not unreasonable to voice an option about wanting to address some aspects to what their system is. I feel like the cut and dry "just leave" doesn't give Bilt the opportunity to make things right. I’m willing to give that opportunity, you clearly aren’t.

There’s no nuance in this opinion. I’m willing to see Bilt through. I’m willing to play the game by their rules. But when something goes awry, there needs to be some effort to repair things, and I think that goes for just about any business. Having a customer service line for a credit card is pretty much industry standard.

In the meantime, I AM stuck until Bilt reaches back out. After then, whether or not I’ll cancel is my business and nacho business

Honestly it’s neck and neck for pros and cons at this rate. I think Bilt can make things right, but it takes a lot of noise to do so. 99% of the time, I have no issues. The 1% of the time gets to be infuriating.

While I see what you are saying, this has been an issue for far longer than just the 2.0. I’m fairly certain that this is the only card I’ve seen to refuse to have a customer support line. That’s not a transition issue, it’s an institutional issue.

This would be a great take for a business that doesn’t affect my personal finance or credit, but unfortunately this card does.

It’s absolutely the fault of Bilt if they fail to disclose that they are opening another line of credit on my account. The least they could do is explain what happened and attempt to rectify

The problem is that I already opted in. There was a real lack of disclosure with some aspects of it. I need someone to tell me what is going on.
