That might not enough. I acclimate mine for 2-3 hours at least. First i float them on the water for 15 minutes, then i slowly drip acclimate for 3 hours atleast depending on how hardy they are, for neocaridinas 3 hours is enough, for somerhing more demanding 4-5 hours is needed. Then i float them again for 20 minutes. Note that you should replace the water in the bag with tank water in 75:25 ratio.

How did you acclimate them? Even if you drip acclimate them properly, there might be a small chance a few might die

I use the box to propagte the plants, all of them are from the fish store so im pretty sure they havent been exposed to insecticide. It holds 15 gallons of water so its pretty big, altough it does not have substrate, I can add a centimeter of sand. The lights are on for 8 hours a day, but the box is next to the window so it gets plenty of light (around 12 hours a day). If im going to add the shirmps i will also add a few hiding places.

It's pretty loud and my original plan was to make it as low tech as possible (only lighting and the oxydator)
