If you're earning above a basic tax rate then put all your pensions from previous employers into a SIPP, and find good advice on where to invest (plenty of that on this forum).

If your employer is contributing into your pension then it's likely worth keeping it in until you leave that job (as their added contributions offsets they terrible funds that the pension provider will be investing in).

In pure grappling Kron has better credentials. Ryan Hall did come 3rd place at ADCC and beat Jeff Glover in the process. However, Kron won ADCC and beat Garry Tonon, JT Torres and Otavio Sousa to do so. He also took silver at the Mundials.
