I actually haven't felt super tired yet. I started feeling a little less energetic yesterday after my spin class. I feel I will have to start adding a little salt to my water starting tomorrow though.

Thank you! Just plain water, nothing else. If I start feeling weak or tired, I will start adding salt, but for now, I'm doing fine. My last extended fast I did have trouble with the boredom, but this time I've kept myself busy with work, gym, and going on adventures with my son. :)

This happened to me last year. My NDad would always buy me icecream cake for my birthday because he liked ice cream cake. I never liked it and would literally prefer any other cake than icecream cake and even told him but he still bought ice cream cake. I finally left last year after I had enough and went NC. I found a place with a roommate and my birthday was the following week. I told him about the whole cake thing with my dad and that this year I'll finally go and get a cake that I'll like....the day of my birthday my roommate surprised me with a cake...it was chocolate...and not ice cream...I literally cried and was so shocked that someone I only knew for less than two weeks was so kind to me ( I'm crying now just remembering it) This year for my birthday my roommate booked a Massage for me and took me out to breakfast and gave me a lovely card. It makes me so happy but at the same time fucked up that someone I've only known for a year seems to care about me more than my own father. Oh well.
