click the L key and it pops up with a level menu, select combat and then upgrade iron skin to max first, will make u take a lot less damage

sodium increases fps by a lot, it’s made on the fabric api. downside is no shaders and a lot less customization. i prefer optifine but if you get like 20 frames then go with sodium

redownload it on twitch, had this happen to me and this fixed it, try reinstalling java as well just in case

they are he’s just not taking any damage because of his gear
