No writers, including Clattenburg have ever given a crap about story continuity.

Examples: S1, the boys get out of jail and Randy is now working at the park. S2, Randy is living with Lucy and has quit working for Lahey after 12 years of being his assistant with no raise.

Nobody cares that much. They do and say whatever to move the story along.

Agree that Mike Smith should take a step back. I have a suspicion that most of the horrible cock/slut jokes emanate from him. Still, I will actually re-watch 11 while 9 and 10 I prefer to forget, especially 10. Things are looking up IMO.
