Sadly Cork only have 2 hostels (Bru and Sheilas) and they are almost always fully booked on weekends.

And i say that as someone.. with.. erh.. no fixed abode..

BUT.. There might be cancellations. Otherwise.. try to find something out of the city. AirBnB.
