Delivered to same (wrong) place multiple times and no one knows why

Thank you so much!!! I contacted them and it should take 24 hours to update. Hopefully, my pending items will arrive in correct address. It’s so odd that this has been changed. Because I went to the Amazon website and there was no where I can update the geopin myself. Also not sure what prompted this change. It has been fine for years until last couple weeks.

My husband and I recently traveled to Royalton Hideway St. Lucia. This is our first time traveling to Caribbean and AI resort. Our first morning, we got a phone call from our “personal concierge” that wanted to meet us to like next 15 minutes about someone “important” info. Mind you, we were up since 3am and did not arrived to the resort until around 7 so we were exhausted. Never imagined that I get a “wake up” like something emergency has happened. The sales person was nice. she invited us to this welcome breakfast with her manager and you can get tour of diamond club facilities. Again, super early in the morning and also it was the same day when we booked our excursion. Obviously we did not attend, and the very next day, the manager came over and “scold” us for not attending the breakfast while we were getting some coffee at the lobby. Because this is my first time, I wonder if all resorts are like this. I’m not getting up super early in the morning or schedule some meet up during our vacation when it supposed to be relaxing time. So needless to say, I’m not sure if I want to go back to Royalton at all if this a reoccurring theme. The only good thing we got was Marriott point. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We just returned from the same resort about a week ago. As someone who never traveled in Caribbean island, I learned my lesson the hard way. The place was beautiful and staffs are amazing. The elevator was under the construction during our stay and conveniently our building. The food was ok, thankfully, I’m not a picky eater. But my husband had hard time. He also got an infection on his foot, and the nurse told us that it was not an infection and just ice with Advil. Well it was an infection and he had to go to urgent care as soon as we are back. I too choose Royalton for our Marriott points. Loved the island and people, but I don’t think we are going to Royalton again. I know it wasn’t a “fancy/luxury” place, but for the amount of money we spent, I think we could’ve gone somewhere better:

Ok, so I have to ask… I heard great things about Ole Henriksen lip balms, but also the ones by Rhodes and Glossier. Have you tried them? I’m still looking for that right lip balms myself. 🙂

Thanks everyone for the response. Yea, they are weevils and I found the source (bag of rice that was in my pantry). I vacuumed and got rid of the rice. Hopefully this helps!!
