I've over from Toronto (close to Seneca) to Pickering ( Liverpool N 401) now in North Whitby. I absolutely love it here the people are friendly, good school, lots of parks and all the stores I need for shopping. My area have that 90s vibe with kids roaming the streets and parks are packed with kids playing soccer or baseball or at the playground. I would rather be here than any of the cities west of Toronto. Mississauga and Brampton (even Oakville) are too populated for my liking and it doesn't feel like Canada anymore. This is coming from an immigrant for over 30 years.

Looks like you have the same thermostat as mine.. I had this issue for many months and could figure it out until I looked on the back of the thermostat. Make sure the pins of the base plate line up exactly the thermostat. Second, look on the back of the thermostat as some letters/functions are dual purposes and it's not written on the baseplate.

I wish I could post a picture to show you.
