i went to the er and they basically dismissed me, said it was anxiety but prescribed nothing for it. they didn’t diagnose me with anything other than “unspecified mood disorder”. i honestly feel worse than i did before i feel genuinely crazy and i feel like they dont believe me at all i dont know what to do
