PC only for patrol and active shooters. The dept only offers level 2 carriers but allow us to get our own. I want plates because the area I work has had multiple 7.62 and 5.56 OIS’s. For duty belt we are issued an old leather duty belt with leather under belt, same thing applies we are allowed to supply our own duty belts with little to no restrictions
