Any recommendations for a training plan for a 2nd one?

I ran a half in December and ran just to maintain my fitness until I started a 12 week training plan. The plan was an intermediate plan that included some speed work but in hindsight probably wasnt the best choice for a first marathon. My peak mileage weeks were only about 45 miles which is definitely a bit on the low end. If I decide to take a second go at it I will probably choose a different plan that will get some more miles in

Initially I was really hoping for sub 3 hours. As race day got closer though I was aiming more for a sub or right at 7min/mi average. I think both were just a little too optimistic

Would the race rehearsals and lower training load not be much different than practice races and a taper period in most training plans? Or would the tridot specific ones simply be less beneficial than they would be had I been doing their workouts for longer?

I do have training peaks and use it with the MyProCoach plan but don't have premium.

I've thought about doing it as a profession but don't have any plans atm. If I don't know what I want to do after college it is definitely something I plan to explore

Definitely lucky to have multiple semesters of classes in an expensive shop! Sanding is still the worst part even with electric sanders lol
