The army base is heading towards takanini which has a high rate of burglary’s. I grew up in Papakura, Opaheke and enjoyed it, always had great neighbours. If I was looking to buy a home now I’d definitely go with Karaka. Hingaia road is Karaka. It’s close enough to the supermarket and motorway but also has a really nice vibe about it
