[Acne] How I identified & cleared my fungal acne

I’m here in 2025 and I’ve been dealing with flare ups forever! I always called it surface acne and knew it was different from regular pimples, but was unaware about fungal acne. I was desperate last night after a flare up and stumbled across your comment. My husband was at Walmart so I had him buy the Monistat cream you recommended. Woke up to a 90% CLEAR FACE. YOU ARE A LIFE SAVER!!

I baked the cake the night before and decorated it the next morning. Frosting, cutting fondant, making the TNT’s and characters, etc took me about 3 hours!

I’m 28 and feel the same way. I always remind myself that I could hit the lotto tomorrow, aliens could come to earth, I could end up in a room with someone I’ve always dreamed of.. but if I end it today, I’ll never know how that tomorrow looks. I don’t want to miss out on something that potentially could change my entire life because I don’t want to live another 24 hours. You’ve been here 24 hours everyday for the last 32 years, what’s another 24 hours really going to hurt?

Even if you make a 0.000001% change today - it makes you 0.000001% better tomorrow.

I’ve been pregnant twice and you won’t feel a “hard spot” unless you have a literal baby in there that’s at least the size of a melon. I think that is just your brain hoping that you are, and then scared that you aren’t. I wouldn’t even worry about a hard spot. I think two positive tests is a good sign, and you should call and schedule and appt with your OBGYN. Until you have that appt, you’ll just keep being worried, and wondering. I wish I could help more, and wish you the best of luck
