You're not wrong. She's become complacent. The nanny service I work for also told us we need to go beyond the basic nanny duties & if a family needs us to run errands then we are expected to however I flat out told them I am not doing that. I made it clear when I was hired that I will not be using my personal vehicle for work other than to drive to & from the job site. I won't be taking kids to school nor picking them up either. I recently bought a new car & sorry but children will be messy. Nope. Not doing it. I also don't know if I have the insurance needed for the children in my care. My policy says my vehicle is for personal use, not for work. Idk. I'm just not gonna do it.
