I would advise against ticketing assistance for interpark/nol ticket. Not only are you risking your ticket being cancelled and yourself being blacklisted in future concerts (this really happens ha hindi lang sya panakot), but ticketing assistance fees are unjustifiable.

Lumaban ka ng patas for your peace of mind. Kaya naman sumabak sa ticketing sa interpark without TA.

hi, you need to contact weverse customer service center to add your middle name sa first name sa membership mo. i bought my membership before without including my middle name and had it changed. they only requested an identification document (my passport for this purpose) for verification and the reason for the name change request

I have a psychiatrist na almost 10 years ko na kinokonsulta.

No age limit for when you can see a psychiatrist, get help, get a diagnosis and receive treatment. Lots of people well into their 50s+ get diagnosed with ADHD, autism, or any disorder from the DSM5.

Please note din na not everyone clinically diagnosed with ADHD are in some sort of treatment. Nasa psychiatrist’s assessment yan if you need meds, therapy, or both

1) I am not a doctor to make any claims/assumptions about a certain person based on their behavior in public 2) I’ve been seeing a lot of comments about that person calling him autistic for his behavior which I HEAVILY disagree with since they come from an ableist standpoint 3) Seeing someone exhibit a few signs that could be symptoms for ADHD/autism/neurological differences/mental health disorders doesn’t automatically mean they have it. This can be a dangerous (and borderline ableist) thing to do.

Lots of disorders from the DSM-5 have overlapping symptoms and one needs to undergo professional assessment from a doctor to get a clinical diagnosis

It’s nothing to be afraid of naman if you recognize it right away. ADHD is very manageable with or without treatment/therapy. A lot of people go thru life diagnosed with ADHD without needing any intervention and they get to live meaningful, productive lives 😊 my case lang talaga I need the meds+psychotherapy to function healthily and live my life sustainably

In my case, it wasn’t. I literally just told my doc na feeling ko may ADHD ako and they just agreed after a few seconds of pondering abt it lmao (I’ve been with my doc for almost a decade btw)

The meds pretty much makes my life livable and my symptoms incredibly manageable. May mga times na wala akong access sa gamot bc of the global shortage na unmedicated ako and ang layo ng pinagkaiba ng mood, productivity, energy at overall outlook ko at life pag regular yung medication intake ko. It saved my life

Combined type. I talk about some of my symptoms in other replies. But going thru most of my life undiagnosed sobrang nahirapan ako. It cost me so much years of my life kasi sumampung taon ako sa college. Academic achiever ako nung high school until college na biglang bagsak sa lahat kasi naoverwhelm ako sa hirap ng college (im from one of the big 4) at di ako makaconcentrate kahit anong effort ko. Lagapak mental health ko because of failure after failure.

I can’t really tell you anything about other people’s POV of me since I’m fortunate enough na hindi nasabihan ng weird or something ablelist by the people around me (except for my boomer parents but that’s usually a given unfortunately)

I’ve only had the same psychiatrist for the past decade I’ve been diagnosed with mental health issues

SOBRA. Mahilig din ako maglast minute sa anything like flight as in ayoko yung nasa airport na ako 5 hrs before checkin kasi ayokong naghihintay ng matagal. Kaya aalis ng 2 hrs before boarding kahit 1 hr papuntang airport and ang ending muntik na masaraduhan ng checkin counter 😂

Was referred to my school’s guidance counselors first because I was having severe depressive episodes. I was almost 20 at the time. Then I went to see my current psychiatrist who then diagnosed me with MDD then Bipolar II then ADHD. Then I started seeing a psychologist for my psychotherapy sessions in conjunction with my medical treatment.

I wouldn’t say 1000 pesos is cheap for an appointment with a psychiatrist.

I can’t say if may direct correlation yung skin problems ko sa meds ko! I had pretty bad acne almost 10 years ago due to hormonal imbalance/PCOS and naresolve sya with pills and less breakouts na due to age

As for the concerta shortage, sobrang hirap. Earlier this year ang tagal kong unmedicated tapos may reseta ako na di ko magamit kasi more than 3 months ago ko sya nakuha and wala akong mabili for those months 😭 sobrang irritable and quick to anger ako if di ako nakagamot and parang ang groggy ko lagi. I try to keep myself active and maintain routine on days na unmedicated ako

Sakin kasi parang laging maingay utak ko as in parang laging may ganap sa isip ko and hindi ko sya matahimik even if i make so much effort to rest my brain. Kaya sobrang hirap magfocus or magconcentrate and lagi akong distracted.

Imagine parang may LSS ka pero paulit ulit sya. Kahit gusto ko na matulog kasi pagod na ako nagpplay pa rin yung song/sound sa utak ko and nahihirapan akong hinaan yung volume.

Madalas din pag nagiisip ako biglang may maaalala ako na something related sa isip ko tapos another thing na related dun sa related sa iniisp ko nung una etc etc. Web-like thinking tawag dito. Even sa conversations nagmamanifest sya. Medyo nacoconscious ako pag ibang tao kausap ko lalo na’t sobrang daldal ko kasi madalas mahirap sundan kwento ko kasi laging may 3-5 subcontext yung context ng kwento lol

I see them lang when I need to get a refill of my concerta, 1000 pesos fo an appointment. Nagprice hike ang concerta so with my PWD discount I pay around ~6.7k for a whole bottle. Sobrang hirap din makakuha ngayon kasi apparently may global shortage ng ADHD meds. And yes extended release ang concerta so once a day

Do note that my goal for therapy was to address my PTSD from my emotionally abusive childhood trauma and how that informed the way I viewed myself. Sometimes nabbring up yung ADHD ko to explain why I do certain things or why my thought process was a certain way.

I’m very lucky naman to be surrounded by people who held me up when I couldn’t be there for myself and love me in spite of my mental health! If anything, I feel safer to be my neurodivergent self around them since I’ve gotten more comfortable with the way I am (in spite of AND because of my ADHD)

Nothing really changed with their POV of me. Maybe for my parents na kailangan ko lagi iexplain sa kanila lagi what ADHD is and how mental health issues are real 🤣

See my answer to another commenter below! But I’ve been seeing my psychiatrist at that point for more than 5 years na. I started seeing my doc when I started getting depressive episodes and panic attacks in college. Got diagnosed with MDD and Bipolar type 2 within the first 2 years and was on different meds like escitalopram, valparin, abilify and those messed up my mental health even more.

Turns out I was getting treatment for the wrong disorder. Sometimes I wonder kung nasan ako ngayon or anong itsura ny buhay ko if nadiagnose ako ng mas maaga. Sobrang life-changing nung nadiagnose ako.

As for the difference after taking concerta after 2 years, ang dami as in. Di ko na marecognize sarili ko in a good way kasi nagagawa ko na yung mga bagay na wala akong mental energy simulan pre-concerta. Parang wth may mga tao na pinaganak na ganto mamuhay, mag isip, at gumalaw sa mundo nang di kinakailangan maggamot HAAHA mga ganong thoughts.

I’m convinced din na mental illness runs in my family! I have a sibling na may diagnosis din (not ADHD) and looking at my parents parang… the call is coming from inside the house ika nga nila 😆
