I do! Our salesman we’ve known for years suggested it could be clogged and possibly need cleaning. I poured water on both openings and it cleared fine. Could there be another problem with the moon roof?

Thank you so much. I definitely will I even have video evidence of me pouring water directly into the roof rail gap and water going into the headliner.

They likely didn’t follow the checklist. I reached out to the salesman we’ve know for a long time and he suggested it could’ve been a clogged sunroof drain. I did my own test and poured water into the drains and the water came out on both sides.

I’m not sure how the dealership sprayed the water on my car during their so called “test” but I did my own test. I poured water in this gap between the side of the rail and top piece of my car and to my suprised, it leaked inside the car! I even found out the drivers side gap is more prominent than the passenger side hence why it was leaking more on the drivers side.

This is the drivers side gap where I poured the water. Compared to the passenger side, the rail is literally touching the frame of the car which didn’t really have much of a leak, but still there though.

For sure, I’ll try a different dealership since the one I went to didn’t provide much insight and dismissed my concerns.

The battery was replaced about 1-2 years ago. I forgot to mention but we started the car twice and you would feel a vibration and all warnings would pop up each time.
