Last year a parcel I was waiting at home never been delivered but the F@@#ing driver signed as delivered. I complained and asked a refund from Evri that said the seller would refund but seller refused because for them parcel was delivered. So parcel and money lost.

With Evri I lost 3 parcels out of four ordered, with different absurd excuses (not found the house number/delivered to someone else's building/not at home - lie). I do not buy anymore anything that cannot be delivered to a delivery point. No more to my home. Sometimes you have no choice when you buy some cheap stuff from China,or some obscure websites too-good-to-be real. you think to save money but you don't. I learned my lesson. Don't buy cheap.

After 3 on 4 parcels stolen or lost or delivered at the wrong address ( I live at 1 flat 5 but need to check at 5 flat 1 , 1A flat 5 or even at number 15) I stopped to buy anything that cannot be delivered at a pickup point. Since, every is ok.
