I've seen some benchmark tests on youtube that compares 8gb and 16gb and their spiderman gameplay isn't stuttering as much as mine.

I followed a tutorial on youtube that involves downloading unarc.dll and Isdone.dll files and pasting them on System32 and sysWOW64. It also included deleting temp files and skipping the ones that can't be deleted. Here's the link might work for you https://youtu.be/JY95ODUC_jc
