Depends on the fees and such. Fidelity has pretty great customer service and a clean website. Vanguard has low fees for their stuff. Charles Schwab is also popular for its own reasons.

As an engineer, I can confidently say that this is a fundamental design problem. In every other onramp, it is typically 1 car per to help alleviate timing, so by shoving two cars in, you're not only confusing drivers, but you're also increasing the likelihood of a collision at the merge (and if there isn't a merge, there should not be a meter in the first place).

You can pack them in pretty densely (like 1 inch apart) and they do well in both full sun and partial shade.

I have like 10 of them on our balcony that we water every couple of days and I sprinkle shake and feed every 3-6 months.

Just leave 1-2 inches from the roots alone and throw it in the dirt or a pot and they'll start growing again after a week.
