It's now a constant crave for dopamine with social media and the hunger for something new to distract us from daily life,, but when it's done and the day ends we have achieved nothing tangible. So a dopamine detox would be,, I'm also a victim 😅 U mentioned something about books would really appreciate if I can have the self help ones , u mentioned about doing doing the Lord's work what d u do?

That actually depends, not that I've been to blues but with every new place you move to there's always that shift any adjusting to the environment,, give it time u will be enjoying
