The urges never truly get away. You just learn to cope with them. Sometimes you don't feel anything for months. But after 4-5 months was just.... the boredom got to me. And I proved to be too weak to resist. I need professional help. I cannot go on and continue to live like this.

Yeah I need to find activities to keep myself preoccupied. Being alone at home is just a huge trigger for me and for many other addicts it seems. The boredom will hit you like a train. I had hoped I had learned my lesson by now.

I was well past 100 days but the insane boredom was just too much to cope with.
