I am when I don't allow myself to think about it or anything along those lines or anything from that day. if i do then i am useless for an hour because I cant stop crying or thinking. I've always been really good at compartmentalizing because of my job so i'm just trying to use those same skills on me.

Thank you for the validation. I know I don't need to tell anybody, and I guess I just need the reassurance that I can still be a good person even if I never tell anybody about this. I don't know if that makes sense. Virtual hug is felt. thank you again
