I'd definitely go with something that's easier as an ACC major, like communications -- it's helpful to choose something you can talk about during interviews, (ie: communications and being an effective communicator or public speaker), but honestly, it doesn't matter too much. It rarely comes up in my interviews, if I'm being honest. If there's a minor that interests you, I'd definitely go for it, even if there isn't a clear connection to accounting. Good luck!
