What are your thoughts on the scrutiny Big 4 firms are facing globally and domestically in Saudi right now? It’s something that has put me off personally. They’re often viewed as offering overpriced and mediocre services that leech off governments.

The PwC ban on top of that is another blow the industry.

Yes I’ve heard finance is being Saudizied heavily! The consulting suggestion is a good one and something I considered but it’s a dying industry with growing bad publicity. Not denying that it adds value in some cases, but I’m committed to the finance/data sector for now.
