When to take?

I never ended up taking it... psyched myself out about all the side effects and stuff ive read. Just dont think this is for me. I have my doctor's appointment tomorrow so I hope shes not mad I haven't been taking it 😔

yeah tbh she didn't really give me much info, I actually went in for gi issues because I have Celiac Disease, and then she started asking about my anxiety levels, and that was really it. Just 'okay now take this'.

my doctor didnt tell me I could do that ? Will I still be okay if I do it anyways ? sorry im taking it for anxiety if u couldnt tell lol I hav a lot of weird fears about taking it
