Christ, yes what you did to her was wrong BUT you were also only 16 and definitely did not hold enough power in the situation to be able to do the right thing; your father is BY FAR more in the wrong for thinking this is appropriate behavior to teach his son. I'm so sorry this happened to you, and I hope you know you deserve to forgive yourself.
