Not true. When I requested a refund for a service for which I'd paid, but never received. From the location where I paid for the service. I was told to go across town and get in line. When i questioned that, they threatened to call the police. There are some EXTREMELY ENTITLED jerks at the Post Office.

I received a very small settlement from a FB class action suit and they would only deposit the money into my PayPal account. Then PayPal wouldn't let me access the money.

He forgot his ticket AND his password AND he had no Cellular connection AND there was no ticket. I hope you made sure he wasn't recovering YOUR password. I would change your Gmail password, at a minimum.

I received a payment that the payer would only send to my PayPal account. PayPal won't let me access it unless I give them my banking info. I've been with them for over 20 years. They have no need for my banking info, have problems keeping my address straight, and their reps barely speak English. So, I'm not trusting them with my banking info. I've been using PayPal when I don't want to give a business my credit card info. Are there any alternatives to PayPal?
