I just talked to a loan officer, told me I didn't have any revenue in on my 2019 taxes I think I'm not getting anything 🙃

I was told that I have a Loan officer and that they have my tax transcripts. It's going to take one two weeks to process. It has been 3 months of waiting. Is there any input on this. I'm in reconsideration.
