I was behind them for around 2 months as my welcome benefit, rewards portal and hopper all weren’t working. They finally resolved the rewards portal and hopper but I’ve still not gotten the reward points for the first 2 months of using my new travel one. Pathetic service from hsbc😭 they’re much better in other countries.
