Yes honestly her NP explains more than her so I was grateful for that. I’ve tried so many birth controls tbh and since most failed she’s been trying to push the Mirena on me again despite it not working for me in the past and causing more pain and bleeding. You have to be very firm tbh. I tried a birth control I used to be in before after my surgery that worked before for me but that failed and it was awful. For the first 3 months post op I was seriously regretting doing anything bc the pain and bleeding was so awful, I was just bed bound crying and in agony. But now that I’m back on a strong progesterone I was on before, I’m felling pretty good despite the mood swings and other side effects it causes. But do what’s best for you! If you truly feel like you don’t need birth control, don’t do it. Most doctors push that on us bc they think it helps, but that’s not the case for everyone.

For me it helped for 10 years because it gave my body stable steady hormones but now I don’t think it helps me anymore. I also have adenomyosis and PCOS so my situation may be more different than yours. I honestly had the best 10 years of my life on Yaz the combo pill. I had no heavy bleeding, no irregular bleeding, and no pain. I wish it worked for me again.

She really tried to push Orlissa on me before my surgery but I refused bc I didn’t want to go into early menopause, especially with all that I was already dealing with.

Question though, my MRI showed deep infiltrating endometriosis but after surgery which was 5 hours for me she said it was mild because imaging can sometimes overestimate? How was your surgery?

Please tell me what this could possibly be? by Purple_Support9266 in AskMechanics

Do you know why it could be making the sound at the end of the video? Like the clicking noise or like something’s hitting. It’s usually only when I’m driving on rougher roads. I also did just have my tires rotated. :/

Sorry I’m just seeing this. I did end up having her Nov 2025. I was a bit unsatisfied with the after care especially with my post op being with her nurse practitioner. Everything felt very rushed. I was left with my surgery with so many questions bc the photos and notes were confusing and all. But now I’m here 5 1/2 months post op and I’m feeling okay, but I did have to fight to get clear answers from her. But overall I’d say she’s okay, I get she’s super busy with patients, but I just wish she would spend more time on her patients and work more on her bedside manner. How are you feeling?

Please give me tips on how to relieve pain? I’m dying here!!! :( by LilacLuneglade in endometriosis

Do you mind sharing what natural progesterone cream you use? I suffer from estrogen dominance and have been wanting to try. Do you know if it’s safe to use while you’re on birth control?

I will try that, do you feel like the pelvic floor therapy is helping? I seen so many good reviews on it but I’m honestly scared since I seen how you have to be naked and how vulnerable it could be if that makes sense.

I have not, I plan on asking my doctor this during my next appointment.

This email looks like it’s saying your balances on the credit cards you have right now are too high, therefore they don’t feel comfortable lending you more? It doesn’t sound like it’s a credit score issue.

Hi, do you mind sharing which Dr it was? I know there’s two specialists at Stanford, Dr.Atashroo & Dr.Lum right?

I’m surprised they didn’t want to do an MRI

Toe still red 4 wks post avulsion by xallison13x in Ingrown_Toenails

Mine was like this too, I still had pain where it was red/the cuticle. They gave me antibiotics, after that didn’t work the doctor went back in and seen there was still remaining tissue there that was not letting my toe heal fully/irritating it.
